Packages can only be ordered by members of the ALL-loyalty programme who have received an e-mail from ALL, stating the number of Reward points available to them and inviting them to log onto the dedicated website to order the Package in question. For each event, the dedicated website provides the following information:
• a description and full details of the event (dates and times, etc.);
• the number of ALL Reward points required to order a Package.
Orders are processed on a first-come-first-served basis and are limited to the number of Packages available.
The ticket does not include flights, or other transport outside elements not included in the details section
The member of the ALL-Loyalty programme hereby declares to have full legal capacity to commit to these general terms and conditions of sale.
These general terms and conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of the contracting parties regarding the booking of Package made available by ALL via the Limitless Experiences website. They govern all aspects of the relationship between the contracting parties, from placing to tracking the booking. ALL acts as a simple intermediary between the member and the organiser of the event concerned. Consequently, these conditions of sale relate only to acts of ordering packages and in no case to the event itself.
Packages are neither exchangeable nor refundable, nor transferable to a third party. In the event of cancellation of the event due to the organiser, ALL will reimburse the member for the Reward points used for the related order.
The Limitless Experiences package may not be resold under any circumstances. Failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate and permanent exclusion from ALL experiences. All future bookings will be cancelled and refunded.
There will be no financial compensation in the event of non-use by the member. ALL declines all responsibility in the event of illicit use of a package.
A package is only valid for the location and date of the corresponding event. In all other cases, the package will not be valid.
In addition, for everyone's comfort, all those present at the event are asked to behave in a benevolent manner and to dress appropriately: - Any excessive consumption of alcohol by a person present at the event, leading to disrespectful and inappropriate behaviour towards the staff or other ALL members present, will result in exclusion from the event and may make it impossible to take part in other Limitless Experiences. We would also like to remind you that ALL members are responsible for the behaviour of their guests during the event.
The order is subject to confirmation email sent within 7 working days to the email address specified by the member when ordering. All the data provided, and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation will be worth signing and acceptance of transactions.
By making a "Limitless Experiences" booking, you give permission for us to send a satisfaction survey to you by email.
We inform you that a video and photo recording of the event may be made. In which case, this video and photo will be broadcast on the external and internal channels of the Accor group.
