Purchasing goods or services via Limitless Experiences implies full acceptance of the ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme’s General Conditions of Use.
Limitless Experiences is uniquely reserved for members eligible for the ALL - Accor Live Limitless, loyalty programme.
By buying a product or service via Limitless Experiences, you enter into a contract with the partner, not with Accor. All benefits are subject to limited availability and to the General Conditions and to the restrictions imposed by the partner. The number of points required for certain exchangeable items articles may change at any time.
Special offers (raffles and auctions):
ACCOR SA may also organise special offers such as raffles and auctions. These offers are governed by our terms and conditions. Taking part in a special offer (either purchasing a raffle ticket with your points or using your points to bid in an auction) confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Accor SA is not the supplier of the merchandise or the products and services. Accor SA, its parent company, subsidiary, affiliated or franchised companies and agents, make no guarantees or declarations of any kind, explicit or implicit, with regard to the items of merchandise or the products and services exchangeable through the ALL - Accor Live Limitless, loyalty programme, and cannot be held liable for any loss or cost (including but not limited to lawyers’ fees) of accidents or disagreements that may result from the use of these articles or result from any fault or failure of these items. More specifically, Accor SA in no way guarantees marketable quality or suitability for any specific purpose.
For each product or service ordered, the partner’s General Conditions shall apply.
All exchanges shall be subject to the availability of a sufficient number of points. If there are insufficient points, orders will be cancelled automatically.
The number of points conferring the right to exchange and the number of points a member can earn by buying products or services via Collections are set out in Collections. Points are earned on the value of the product or service purchased, including taxes and shipping costs. These points are Rewards points as defined in the ALL - Accor Live Limitless programme's General Conditions of Use.
Accor SA reserves the right to modify these General Conditions and the number of points conferring the right to an exchange. Modifications made to these General Conditions will take effect following their publication on Limitless Experiences and deemed to have been unconditionally accepted by the user when the latter accesses Limitless Experiences or browses it. Consequently, it is recommended that users should regularly visit the page where the General Conditions are displayed.
Accor SA accepts no liability for the loss or theft of goods or vouchers exchanged via Limitless Experiences, or for any damage affecting these goods or vouchers..
Accor SA may at any time and without prior notice, change the participating partners or end their contract, remove, limit, modify or cancel any exchangeable item, or modify the number of points required to obtain any exchangeable item, even though these modifications may affect the accumulation or values of points or items exchangeable.
In the event of any dispute resulting from Limitless Experiences, the decision taken by Accor SA will be final.
Accor SA accepts no liability for the offering of goods and services by any company participating in the points promotions. Offers intended for the partners shall be subject to the General Conditions of each individual offer. For further details, please consult individual offers. Partners may change. Offers shall be void when prohibited by law. Further restrictions may apply.
The customer is required to pay all customs duties, taxes, and customs clearances if applicable to the destination.
An exchangeable item may be cancelled, exchanged or returned within a period of 14 days following the order. Please contact the partner directly so that they can provide you with instructions on how to return merchandise, cancel your voucher or complete the retraction form and send it, along with the product, to the partner. Your points will be credited back to your account following confirmation or cancellation by the partner. This step may take up to two weeks. You can find the partner’s details by visiting the page detailing the product.
Accor SA reserves the right to modify, suspend or close Limitless Experiences for any reason and without providing any grounds.
Accor SA cannot be held liable for any interruption or inaccessibility of Limitless Experiences, any occurrence of bugs or any damage resulting from fraudulent acts committed by third parties.
You hereby acknowledge that you shall take all necessary measures to protect your material and your data, particularly against any contamination by viruses or any computer contaminant.
You shall be liable for your use of hyperlinks published on Limitless Experiences. Accor SA accepts no liability with regard to access to websites linking to Limitless Experiences and their content, or relating to the same.
Information processed via Limitless Experiences is sent to Accor SA, so that it can manage the purchase of a product or service by a customer, improve the content of the website, personalise the content and/or configuration of the website, for marketing purposes and to enable each visitor to use the website. Information may be disclosed to Accor SA’s partners and service providers, for the sole purpose of processing orders.
Customers are aware of the mandatory or voluntary nature of responses, indicated by an asterisk and featuring on each personal data form. If the information identified as mandatory is not provided, Accor SA will not be able to register the purchase of a product or service via Limitless Experiences.
In accordance with 78-17 on data protection, regarding information technology, data files and civil liberties, customers have the right to request to access, rectify or oppose – subject to the submission of valid grounds – data processing or direct marketing practices. Data processing in the context of Limitless Experiences must comply with the Accor group’s customer data protection charter.

The origin and objective of the information processed when browsing Limitless Experiences
Your rights with regard to cookies and other tracers used by Accor SA.

These General Conditions are governed by French law, without prejudice to the fundamental legal provisions in the country where the customer is based.
