Terms and Conditions
- The Limitless Experiences by ALL Terms and Conditions and the ALL - Accor Live Limitless General Conditions of Use also apply.
- Packages can only be ordered by members of the ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme who have received an e-mail from ALL - Accor Live Limitless, stating the number of Reward points available to them and inviting them to log onto the dedicated website to order the package in question
- For each package, the dedicated website provides the following information:
- a description and full details of the experience ( inclusion, validity, etc.)
- the number of ALL Reward points required to order a Package.
- Orders are processed on a first-come-first-served basis and are limited to the number of packages available. The member of the ALL - Accor Live Limitless Loyalty programme hereby declares to have full legal capacity to commit to these general terms and conditions of sale.
- These general terms and conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of the contracting parties regarding the booking of Package made available by ALL via the Limitless Experiences website. They govern all aspects of the relationship between the contracting parties, from placing to tracking the booking.
- ALL acts as a simple intermediary between the member and the organiser of the experience concerned. Consequently, these conditions of sale relate only to the acts of ordering packages and in no case to the experience itself.
- Packages are neither exchangeable nor refundable, nor transferable to a third party. The Limitless Experiences package may not be resold under any circumstances. Failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate and permanent exclusion from ALL experiences. All future bookings will be cancelled and refunded.
- There will be no financial compensation in the event of non-use by the member. ALL declines all responsibility in the event of illicit use of a package.
- Upon arrival at the hotel/ restaurant or event venue, members will be required to show:
- 1. The voucher of the package
- 2. An official and valid identity document with photo (passport, driver's license, identity card or residence card)
- 3. Member's ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty Card
- This package, which is paid for using Reward points, is not itself eligible to earn Reward points. You may, however, earn points on other eligible transactions that are not part of the experience. Points will be calculated on the total bill and will be based on all eligible transactions at the hotel.
- Prior booking is required to redeem the package. Package is not applicable with any other on-going discount or promotion
- A package is only valid for the location and valid dates of the corresponding experience. In all other cases, the package will not be valid.
- The order is subject to confirmation email sent within 14 working days to the email address specified by the member when ordering. Voucher of the experience along with details will be provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation will be worth signing and acceptance of transactions.
- Members will need to contact the hotel/restaurant directly (contact details will be written on the voucher) to redeem the voucher. Black- out dates are shown on the vouchers which might include Public holidays, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve and Easter)
- Please refer to the terms and conditions stated on the voucher for a full view on terms and conditions linked to the package
- By making a "Limitless Experiences" booking, you give permission for us to send a satisfaction survey to you by email
