Terms and conditions of the “Valentine's Day Package with Fairmont Hotel Vancouver for Two (2) – February 14-15, 2025” 

The LimitlessExperiences by ALL and the ALL -Accor Live Limitless Program’s GeneralConditions of membership also apply. 

Packages can only be booked by members of the ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty program who have the number of Reward points available to them and logged onto the dedicated website to order the Limitless Experience in question. 

The bookings are processed on a first-come-first-served basis and are limited to the number of packages available. If booking cannot be completed for whatever reason (due to an insufficient number of Reward points, for example), the Limitless Experience in question will be relisted as available on the Limitless Experiences website. The member of the ALL Loyalty program hereby declares to have full legal capacity to commit to the present general terms and conditions of sale of this offer. 

These general terms and conditions of sale of the offer define the rights and obligations of the contracting parties (Accor and a Member) regarding the booking of the package made available by ALL via the Limitless Experiences website. They govern all aspects of the relationship between the contracting parties, from placing to tracking the booking. 

The points used for the booking of this experience cannot be reimbursed in the event of cancellation by the member. This offer is non-exchangeable and non-refundable under any circumstances. It will not be subject to any financial compensation in case of non-use by the Member. 

The experience includes luxurious overnight accommodation, overnight self-parking for one vehicle, a chilled bottle of sparkling wine and delicious chocolate dipped strawberries, a deluxe breakfast served in the comfort of your guest room, late check-out of 2 PM, and a $250 F&B credit to mon chéri to be used on Friday, February 14, 2025. All of these inclusions will take place at Fairmont Hotel Vancouver. This package and mon chéri $250 CAD Food and Beverage credit cannot be exchanged for money or sold to a third party. Members are responsible for any charges over the allocated amount.  

ALL—Accor Live Limitless will send an order confirmation email to the email address indicated by the Member when placing the order. The order confirmation email constitutes proof of the transaction, which implies signature and acceptance of the transactions in question.
