See the step-by-step guide to redeem your experience:
1- Click on LOG IN at the top right of the page to access your ALL member account on Limitless Experiences - your login details (email and password) are the same as those you use on all.com;
2- After accessing the site, check at the top of the page if you have enough points in your account - if not, don't worry: you can transfer points from our partners (LATAM Pass, Livelo, Smiles, TudoAzul, BRB, and Esfera);
3- Check at the top left of the page if the site settings are correct - set region, language, country of the experience, and currency. You will only use your points; there will be no need to supplement the redemption with cash;
4- Review the description of the experience and the terms and conditions before redeeming the desired experience;
5- Decided to redeem the experience? Great! Just ADD TO CART.
6- To see the status of your order, click on the shopping cart icon below your details, also at the top right of the page;
7- Review your shopping cart and click CHECKOUT to proceed with the redemption. If the order is correct, click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT;
8- Confirm your address - this is merely a formality for the experiences;
9- Accept the Terms and Conditions and click PLACE ORDER! You will immediately receive an email confirming your redemption;
10- Our team will contact you within the timeframe mentioned above.

Redemption confirmation is subject to ticket availability, payment confirmation, and compliance with the requested requirements. Confirmation emails will be sent in the order of receipt within the timeframe specified above.
Maximum redemption of 1 pair per ALL/ALL Signature member per experience, subject to cancellation of excess redemptions.
In the event of cancellation, the ticket may be cancelled with a full refund of points only within 7 calendar days after redemption, in accordance with Art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, provided it does not exceed 72 hours prior to the event and/or show, under penalty of losing the total value of points paid.
Cancellations requested after 7 days from the redemption date and more than 72 hours before the event will receive a refund of only 80% of the points paid for the redemption.
Cancellations requested with less than 72 hours' notice before the event are not eligible for a refund, regardless of the redemption date.
Cancellation must be requested exclusively via the email EXPERIENCIASALL-BR@accor.com and the points will be refunded to your account within 20 days after the cancellation request.
The ticket will only be valid if presented along with one of the following forms of photo identification: Identity Card (RG), National Driver's Licence (CNH) or RNE. No other type of document will be accepted apart from those described above. After receiving the voucher/ticket, it is the member's responsibility, including in the event of loss, theft, or damage that invalidates it. ALL – Accor Live Limitless has no responsibility for thefts and robberies occurring during the provision of the Services/Entertainment Products acquired by the members.
Any and all changes that occur in the event, regardless of their nature (date, time, location, etc.) will be communicated via the email registered with ALL. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor such notifications and stay informed about the event they have chosen. Redeemed tickets may not be sold/transferred to third parties. If this occurs, the member will be subject to penalties.
Regarding the Use of the Member's Image The Member authorises, free of charge, the company HOTELARIA ACCOR BRASIL S.A., to use their image, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, and exclusively, as captured or not, for all purposes, particularly for advertising, commercial and/or event purposes. The rights granted over the image include the right of reproduction and communication to the public in any medium, book, newspaper, periodical, flyer, brochure, catalogue, guide, agenda, display, game, postcard, photocopy, microfiche, microfilm, in all forms of electronic, digital or video editing, on CD-ROM, CD-I, CD-photo, DVD, Internet, Intranet, mobile phone, for any form of broadcasting such as cinema, terrestrial television, satellite, cable operator, digital terrestrial TV, as well as, in general, in any other existing or future medium or process.
This authorisation also applies to the adaptation, integration and dissemination of the image, in whole or in part, in any audiovisual or multimedia work. The Member also consents that their image may be associated with a text or comment provided that these do not have a degrading, defamatory, offensive character or, in general, devaluing or pejorative nature. This authorisation will be valid for an indefinite period, and the exploitation and use of the rights referred to in this instrument may be carried out directly by ACCOR and/or by any company that the society deems useful or to which it assigns the benefit of this authorization.
Only redemptions that meet all necessary conditions, carried out within the timeframe and by the procedures stipulated in this Regulation will be considered valid.
