The General Terms and Conditions of Limitless Experiences by ALL e boutique and the Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme’s General Conditions of Use also apply.
Packages can only be ordered by members of the ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme who have received an e-mail from ALL - Accor Live Limitless , stating the number of Reward points available to them and inviting them to log onto the dedicated website to order the Package in question.
For each event, the dedicated website provides the following information:
- a description and full details of the event;
- the number of ALL - Accor Live Limitless Reward points required to order a Package.
Orders are processed on a first-come-first-served basis and are limited to the number of Packages available. If an order cannot be processed (e.g, insufficient Reward points), the tickets may be reoffered on the website. The member of the ALL - Accor Live Limitless Loyalty programme hereby declares to have full legal capacity to commit to these general terms and conditions of sale.
These general terms and conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of the contracting parties regarding the booking of Package made available by ALL via the Limitless Experiences website. They govern all aspects of the relationship between the contracting parties, from placing to tracking the booking
Packages are neither exchangeable nor refundable, nor transferable to a third party. In the event of cancellation of the event due to the organiser or related to Covid-19, ALL will reimburse the member for the Reward points used for the related order. The Limitless Experience package may not be resold under any circumstances. Failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate and permanent exclusion from ALL experiences. All future bookings will be cancelled and refunded.
There will be no financial compensation in the event of non-use by the member. ALL - Accor Live Limitless declines all responsibility in the event of illicit use of a package.
During checks at the entrance to the event, an official and valid identity document with photo may be requested to identify the member (passport, driver's license, identity card or residence card). A package is only valid for the location and date of the corresponding event. In all other cases, the package will not be valid.
The order is subject to confirmation email sent within 8 working days to the email address specified by the member when ordering. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation will be worth signing and acceptance of transactions.
By making an "Limitless Experiences" booking, you give permission for us to send a satisfaction survey to you via email.
We inform you that a video and photo recording of the event may be made. In which case, this video and photo will be broadcast on the external and internal channels of the Accor group.
