For three decades, the name Molitor has been closely linked to the history of street art. When it reopened in 2014, the 78 cabins in the winter pool were transformed into an urban art gallery. In 2023, Molitor is inviting new artists to express themselves on the walls of the winter pool. To mark the occasion, Molitor is producing its first series of Art NFT, based on a selection of cabins currently being demolished, created by 3 well-known artists: Does, Marko93 and Nasty.
NFT* of Art are unique digital tokens representing digital works of art, based on blockchain technology. They ensure the authenticity and ownership of digital artworks, allowing artists to sell securely and collectors to prove their ownership.

Terms and Conditions
The Limitless Experiences by ALL Terms and Conditions and the ALL - Accor Live Limitless General Conditions of Use and the T&C, the License and the privacy policy of the Molitor NFT also apply.
Packages can only be ordered by members of the ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme who have received an e-mail from ALL - Accor Live Limitless, stating the number of Reward points available to them and inviting them to log onto the dedicated website to order the Package in question.
To purchase Molitor NFT, you need to be at least 18 years old.
To purchase a Molitor NFT, you must not (i) be subject to sanction under the OFAC, UN, EU, UK or other applicable territories, (ii) be located in a country which forbids access to Polygon or Ethereum Blockchain.
The dedicated site on which the order is placed indicates the number of ALL - Accor Live Limitless Reward points required to order a Package and the details of the Package.
The number of Packages available to order is limited to 6 Packages corresponding to one Molitor NFT presale each. Orders are processed on a first-come-first-served basis and are limited to the number of Packages available. If an order cannot be processed (e.g, insufficient Reward points), the Packages may be reoffered on the website. The member of the ALL - Accor Live Limitless Loyalty programme hereby declares to have full legal capacity to commit to these general terms and conditions of sale.
Withdrawal of a Molitor NFT is subject to the creation and setting up of an ALL Account or a Digital Wallet provided by a third-party service (e.g. Metamask).
These general terms and conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of the contracting parties regarding the booking of Package made available by ALL via the Limitless Experiences website. They govern all aspects of the relationship between the contracting parties.
ALL - Accor Live Limitless acts as a simple intermediary between the member and the seller MOLITOR COLSPA SAS. Consequently, these conditions of sale relate only to the acts of ordering Packages and in no case to the Molitor NFT itself.
The Package is not exchangeable, refundable, or transferable to a third party. You are invited to refer to the T&C and the License of the Molitor NFT for the conditions of exchange or transfer of the Molitor NFT. In the event of cancellation of the Molitor NFT sale, ALL will reimburse the member for the Reward points used for the order concerned. The Limitless Experiences package may not be resold under any circumstances. Any breach of this rule will result in immediate and permanent exclusion from ALL experiences.
The Package will not be subject to any financial compensation in the event of non-withdrawal of the Molitor NFT by the member during the period of the Molitor NFT sales operation. ALL - Accor Live Limitless declines all responsibility in the event of illicit use of a Lot or a Molitor NFT.
The order is subject to confirmation email sent within 8 working days to the email address specified by the member when ordering. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation will be worth signing and acceptance of transactions.
The withdrawal of the Package is materialized by the transmission by the member to the address all.limitless-experiences@accor.com of his ALL Account identifier (with the email address associated with his ALL Account).
Once transmitted, the identifier or Ethereum public address cannot be modified, and erroneous information may result in the member losing the Molitor NFT. The member bears full responsibility for the transmission of valid information.
The Wallet used to receive Molitor NFT must be compatible to receive and transfer NFT on the Ethereum blockchain.
If the NFT is transferred to an incompatible Wallet, the member will normally not be able to access the NFT. This means a total loss of all related NFT.
The member bears full responsibility for the decision regarding the choice of Wallet used. Members are also responsible for the secure storage of their Wallet's private key, which is required to access their NFTs. Loss or theft of the private key is equivalent to loss of all NFTs associated with the Wallet.
