Packages can only be ordered by members of the ALL loyalty programme who have received an email from ALL stating the number of Reward points available to them and inviting them to log onto the dedicated website to order the Package in question. For each event, the dedicated website provides the following information:
- the type of event and full details (venue, name of the competition, match dates and times, etc.)
- the number of ALL Reward points required to order a Package.
The website also provides full details of the VIP box from which members who order a Package will be able to watch the event.
The number of tickets available to order is limited to 25 Packages each comprising two tickets.
Orders are processed on a first-come-first-served basis and are limited to the number of Packages available. If an order cannot be completed for whatever reason (due to an insufficient number of Reward points, for example), the ticket in question will be relisted for sale on the Limitless Experiences website.
The member of the ALL Loyalty programme hereby declares to have full legal capacity to commit to these general terms and conditions of sale.
These general terms and conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of the contracting parties (Accor and a Member) regarding the sale of Packages made available by ALL via the Limitless Experiences website. They govern all aspects of the relationship between the contracting parties, from placing to tracking the order.
These General Conditions of Use are governed by French law, without obstructing the mandatory protective provisions that may apply in the consumer's home country. They are written in French; in the event of any contradiction between the original French version and the translated version, the provisions of the French language version shall prevail. As the Limitless Experiences constitutes a leisure service provided at a pre-determined period, orders placed by the member are exempt from the right to withdraw, in accordance with the provisions of article L.221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code.
Packages are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, nor transferable to a third party. If the event is cancelled by the organiser (PSG-Parc des Princes), ALL will, however, refund the Reward points used by the Member to make the booking in question. Under no circumstances may Packages be resold. No financial compensation will be forthcoming if the Package is not used by the Member. Accor declines all liability in the event of the illicit use of a Package.
On arrival at the venue, the Member may be required to show official photo ID confirming his/her identity (valid passport, driving licence, national identity card or residence card) in order to gain entry.
In addition, for everyone's comfort, all those present in the ALL.com Lounge are asked to behave in a benevolent manner and to dress correctly.
No visible sign of support for a club other than Paris Saint-Germain (caps, shirts, scarves, etc.) will be accepted. If you do, you may be moved to a different stand (the visitors' stand) from the one reserved.
Any excessive consumption of alcohol by a person presents in the lounge, leading to disrespectful and inappropriate behaviour towards the Paris Saint-Germain staff, the ALL staff or the other ALL members present, will result in exclusion from the ALL box and may make it impossible to take part in other Limitless Experiences.
We would also like to remind you that all ALL members are responsible for the behaviour of their guests during the event, both in the lounge and in the stands.
Each ticket is only valid for the venue, date and time for which it was issued. Tickets cannot be used under any other circumstances. Reward obtained in the "Limitless Experience" store through the use of Reward Points cannot be resold.
ALL will send out an order confirmation email within a period of three (3) working days to the email address indicated by the Member when placing the order. The match ticket will be issued along with a confirmation email 3 to 5 days prior to the match. All data supplied and the order confirmation email constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation implies signature and acceptance of the transactions in question.
By booking this " Limitless Experiences", you agree to receive a satisfaction survey by email.
We inform you that a video and photo recording of the event may be made. In this case, the video and photo will be broadcast on the Accor group's external and internal channels.
We would like to inform you that there will be no cloakroom and no lockers will be open. It will not be possible to come with a scooter and a helmet.
