telephone number.
You will receive an email from our online store, Limitless Experiences,
confirming the order has been placed, followed by a second email containing
all the practical details related to the event issued by our team from the
following email address: ALL.Limitless-Experiences@accor.com
Please note that tickets will be sent by our teams no earlier than 4 days
prior to the event.
Orders for packages are exclusively reserved for members of the ALL loyalty
programme who have received an email from ALL, informing them of the number
of Reward points they have and inviting them to visit the dedicated website
to reserve a ticket.
The dedicated website includes the following information for each
date:
– The nature and specific details regarding the ticket (location, seating,
competition programme, dates and times, etc.).
– Information regarding the number of ALL Reward points required to order a
ticket.
– The number of tickets available to order is limited to: 5 packages per
date for the Philippe-Chatrier court.
Orders shall be taken into account in the order that they are placed and
within the limit of the number of tickets. If an order cannot be fulfilled
for any reason (e.g., an insufficient number of Reward points), the ticket in
question will be re-offered for sale on the website.
Members of the ALL loyalty programme declare that they have full legal
capacity, which allows them to enter into these general terms and conditions
of sale.
These general terms and conditions of sale define the rights and
obligations of the contracting parties regarding the availability of tickets
offered by ALL on the website. They cover all the necessary stages for order
placement and tracking between the contracting parties.
ALL acts as a simple intermediary between the member and the organiser of
the event concerned. Consequently, these terms and conditions of sale only
relate to acts involving ordering tickets and by no means relate to the event
itself.
The tickets may not be exchanged, refunded or transferred. If the event is
cancelled by the organiser, ALL will reimburse the member for the Reward
points used for the order concerned. A ticket may not be resold nor will be
subject to any monetary compensation in the event of non-use by the member.
ALL waives any responsibility in the event that a ticket is used
illegally.
Rewards obtained on the ‘Limitless Experiences’ store through the use of Reward
Points cannot be resold.
When carrying out checks on entering the location of the event, an
official, valid photo ID may be required in order to identify members
(passport, driving licence, national identity card or residence permit).
A ticket shall only be valid for the place, seating, date and time of the
corresponding event. In any other case, the ticket shall not be valid.
In addition, for everyone's comfort, all those present at the
"Comptoir" are asked to behave in a considerate and correct
manner.
Any excessive consumption of alcohol by a person present at the
"Comptoir", leading to disrespectful and inappropriate behavior
towards Roland-Garros staff, ALL staff or other ALL members present, will
result in exclusion from the "Comptoir" and may lead to the
impossibility of taking part in other Limitless Experiences.
We also remind you that all ALL members are responsible for the behavior of
their guests during the event, both at the "Comptoir" and in the
stands.
Orders are subject to confirmation that shall be sent within eight (8)
business days by email on behalf of ALL to the email address indicated by the
member when placing the order. All of the details provided and confirmation
stored shall serve as proof of the transaction. Confirmation shall be deemed
a signature and acceptance of the transactions carried out.
By reserving this ‘Limitless Experience’, you agree to receive a
satisfaction survey by email.
We also inform you that a video recording of the event may be made. This
video may be distributed via the external and internal channels of the Accor
Group.
