TICKETING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All tickets sold are personalized and the name of the ticket purchaser (member account holder) and guests will be printed on all of his/her ticket(s). The name registered to and printed on the tickets cannot be changed.
2. In the event of any ticket dispute, you will be required to present the photo ID and membership card of the ticket purchaser whose name is on the tickets. Please ensure that your full name as per your Photo ID is provided upon entry.
3. For a ticket to be valid the lead booker (member) must at any point be able to provide the below, this includes on arrival at the show to gain admission:
- The ticket(s)
- The booking confirmation email / letter
- A valid photo ID (or a photocopy of it) matching the customer’s name on the ticket(s) and booking confirmation

1) Indicative, may not take into account the latest transactions passed on the previous 24 hours.

Specific Terms and Conditions
(a) This offer is available for redemption from the date this communication is received until the items available have been successfully redeemed by Eligible Members on a first-come, first-served basis (“VIP Points Redemption Event”).
(b) Eligible Members:
(i) are Accor Live Limitless (“ALL”) members who are residing in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia;
(ii) are 21 years and above; and
(iii) have at least 4,000 ALL Rewards Points on the date they receive the communication.
(c) Redemptions must be made on the Redemption Website.
(d) Details of the full package can be found on the Redemption Website.
(e) ALL members who have successfully redeemed the package(s) will be notified directly at the email address linked to their ALL account.
(f) ALL members who have received the confirmation email regarding the successful redemption of a package have to reply within 48 hours that they accept the terms and conditions of the redemption package.
(g) ALL points for the redemption will be deducted accordingly as per a successful redemption.
(h) ALL members who have successfully redeemed the package(s) will be asked to present their ALL membership card upon collection of the package(s).
(i) Accor Live Limitless and its affiliates make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of the information contained in any documents in relation to the VIP Points Redemption Event including marketing collateral.
(j) To the extent permitted by law, Accor Live Limitless reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, at any time to modify the terms and conditions of this VIP Points Redemption Event.
(k) ALL members participate in this VIP Points Redemption Event at their own risk and cost. Accor Live Limitless and its affiliates are not responsible for any losses that may be suffered by ALL members in relation to their participation in the VIP Points Redemption Event.
(l) In the event of any conflict between the Specific Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions, the Specific Terms and Conditions will prevail.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Accor Live Limitless (“ALL”) is proposing an offer that may be ordered exclusively by ALL members residing in Asia Pacific whose communication language is English, and who have received an e-mail message sent by ALL indicating the number of points they have available in their account and containing an invitation to connect to this web site https://limitlessexperiences.accor.com (hereafter referred to as the "Site").
The Selection of Offers (as hereinafter defined) sets out the following:
- the products and services being offered;
- the value, expressed in the number of ALL points, as well as the financial contribution expected on the part of the ALL Member (as hereinafter defined); and
- the payment methods and delivery options.
The ALL Member must declare that he or she is legally authorized to accept these general terms and conditions.
- "Accor Live Limitless" or “ALL”: means the Accor Live Limitless loyalty program, managed by its subsidiary company PRO-FID SAS.
- “Limitless Experiences.": means the service provider in charge of managing the Site and handling logistical aspects related to ALL Members’ orders.
- "Selection of Offers": designates the list of products and services being offered to ALL Members, their value expressed in ALL points, and the financial participation required by ALL Members.
- "ALL Member": designates the physical person acting on behalf of his or her personal needs; a member of the Accor Live Limitless loyalty program.
These general terms and conditions define the rights and obligations of involved parties in the context of on-line sales of the products and services offered by ALL in the Selection of Offers presented on-line on the Site.
These general terms and conditions cover all of the steps required in the order process itself and the follow-up required by the contracting parties.
ALL Members agree that they have read and accepted these general terms and conditions.
These general terms and conditions apply to all on-line sales made by properly identified ALL Members having first received the e-mail message inviting them to connect to the Site, which is accessible from 15 October 2020, 10am (Singapore local time GMT+8) to the time of all packages are sold-out.
5. VALIDITY AND DURATION OF THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These general terms and conditions may be modified at any time and without notice. Any changes are immediately posted on-line in their new version. The current general terms and conditions at the time the order is placed are those that apply to the ALL Member.6. ORDER
The ALL Member may not order products and services whose cumulated value in ALL points exceeds the Member's available and unused ALL points credit as of 15 October 2020.
The ALL points credit displayed on the Site dedicated to the operation corresponds to the ALL points balance acquired as of the date of login.
The ALL Member agrees that he or she is aware of the nature, purpose, and usage conditions for the products and services in question.
The ALL Member is solely responsible for his or her choice of products and services, as well as their suitability for his or her intended use, such that ALL and its provider Limitless Experiences cannot in any way be held responsible for the ALL Member’s choice and use of products and services.
The order is considered as accepted upon receipt of said order by Limitless Experiences. ALL will send confirmation that the order request was received by sending e-mail to the ALL Member.
Prior to placing any order, the ALL Member agrees to fill in the requested information on the web page provided for this purpose.
The ALL Member confirms that the information provided via this web page is true and accurate.
The ALL Member may place 2 orders, up to a maximum of 5 redemptions/tickets, within the limit of the ALL Member's acquired ALL points.
The ALL Member must be in attendance of the redeemed event. Ticket/s are non-transferable.
The ALL Member must not resell the redeemed ticket/s.
Due to the nature of the products and services offered on the Site, the ALL Member, in compliance with Articles L.121-20-4 and L. 121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code, does not benefit from the right to cancellation as stipulated in Article L. 121-20 of the French Consumer Code.

Orders are confirmed in writing by ALL via e-mail sent to the e-mail address indicated on the order by the ALL Member.
9. ORDER PROCESS
On-line sales of the products and services offered on the site are reserved for ALL Members, residing in Asia Pacific as mentioned in section “1. Description”.
ALL Members who wish to acquire a product or service must:
- Have personally received the e-mail inviting them to connect to the Selection of Offers.
- Have a sufficient number of ALL points to place the desired order, as of 21 November 2019 and at the time of order processing.
- Fill in the identification form on which they must indicate all of the requested information.
- Choose the desired products and services from the on-line selection, indicating the required information (choice of ticket package and merchandise and/or number of persons attending).
- Verify and confirm the order.
Confirming the order implies the acceptance of these general terms and conditions. The ALL Member agrees that he or she understands the general terms and conditions and waives the right to his or her own terms and conditions or other terms and conditions.
Together, the provided data and registered confirmation constitute proof of the transaction. Order confirmation is equivalent to an approval signature and acceptance of related operations.
The products and services offered on the site comply with current French legislation and regulations. ALL and/or Limitless Experiences shall not be held liable in case of non-respect of said legislation or regulations in a different country in which products or services are used, nor in case the ALL Member does not respect the schedule indicated for entertainment events chosen from the on-line Selection of Offers.
Photographs, image representations, and text provided to illustrate presented products and services are non-contractual. As a result, ALL and/or Limitless Experiences shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever in the event of any errors contained in said photographs, image representations, or texts.
ALL and/or Limitless Experiences shall not be held liable for any non-execution of the sales contract in case of force majeure, or caused by any third-party or the ALL Member.
ALL and/or Limitless Experiences shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever for any indirect damage caused by the general terms and conditions, in particular with respect to operating loss, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity.
11. FINANCIAL PARTICIPATION
The value of the offer in points and the related financial participation for products and services are indicated in the Selection of Offers on the Internet at the time of order.
ALL points related to the order shall be debited by ALL from the ALL Member's points account seven (7) days after the order is placed.
Redemption will be processed if the ALL Member have the required amount of points in the ALL Member's account.
The information provided by ALL Members is required to process their orders. Said information is communicated to the provider Limitless Experiences. The provider Limitless Experiences is not able to process orders without the required information.
ALL Members may write to the Personal Data Privacy Department ("Protection des Données Personnelles"), to the following e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org, to exercise their legal right to access, modify and/or delete any personal information stored about them subject to processing by ALL, according to provisions of the French law on Data Protection of January 6, 1978.
13. AGREEMENT OF PROOF
The computer-based records stored in Limitless Experiences and ALL databases are stored under acceptable security conditions and are considered as proof of communications, orders, and payment on the part of involved parties.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The rights to all texts and images presented in the ALL Selection of Offers are reserved internationally by the provider Limitless Experiences under intellectual property law.
Any other use that is not explicitly authorised beforehand in writing by ALL and/or Limitless Experiences. is strictly prohibited and represents an act of counterfeit.
As such, any public reproduction and/or communication of the ALL Selection of Offers, in whole or in part, are strictly forbidden.
Elements belonging to ALL, such as bands, drawings and models, images, texts, as well as product design, are the exclusive property of ALL and its beneficiaries.
These general terms and conditions do not in any manner represent any transfer to the ALL Member of intellectual property rights concerning the elements belonging to ALL or its beneficiaries, such as sounds, photographs, images, literary texts, artistic works, software, brands, graphic charters, logos.
The ALL Member is not allowed to abuse, either directly or indirectly, the intellectual property rights of ALL or its beneficiaries.15. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
These general terms and conditions are governed by the laws of France.
Any dispute arising out of or related to this contract, including its validity, execution, or interpretation, shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeals ("Cour d'Appel de Paris").
