Signed jersey can only be ordered by members of the ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme who have received an email from Accor confirming the number of Reward points available to them and inviting them to log onto the dedicated website to order the signed jersey. For each signed jersey, the dedicated website provides the following information:
- full details of the type of shirt
- the number of ALL - Accor Live Limitless Rewards points required to order a signed jersey
Orders are processed on a first come first served basis and are limited to the number of signed jersey available. If an order ca nnot be completed for whatever reason (due to an insufficient number of Reward points being available, for example), the signed jersey will be relisted for sale on the Limitless Experiences website.
The member of the ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme hereby declares to have full legal capacity to commit to these terms and conditions of sale.
These terms and conditions of sale confirm the rights and obligations of the contracting parties (Accor and the member) regarding the sale of signed jersey made available by ALL via the Limitless Experiences website. They govern all aspects of the relationship between the contracting parties, from placing to tracking the order.
No financial compensation will be offered if the signed jersey is not used by the member. ALL declines all liability in the event of the illicit use of a match shirt.
The points used for the match shirt cannot be reimbursed in the event of cancellation by the member. This offer is non cancellable, non exchangeable, non transferable and may be no
resold under any circumstances. It will not be subject to any financial compensation in case of non use by the Member.
Using points to place an order on the Limitless Experiences website implies acceptance of the following terms & conditions:
• Delivery policy: transactions are processed in five working days. Orders are dispatched within six weeks of the purchase date to the address provided in the Limitless Experiences online account. Please double check your delivery address to ensure the product gets shipped to the correct location. If you wish to update your address, you can do so on your
profile page at all.accor.com. Please note that the signed jersey received will be a replica shirt and not a shirt currently worn during a match.
Delivery may take up to 90 days. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates. In certain countries, products may not be deliver ed to PO Box addresses, and the seller cannot be held liable for any failure to deliver goods due to an incorrect address, the recipient’s inability to accept the item upon delivery, customs problems or a force majeure event.
• Returns policy: Unused items may be returned in accordance with the terms and conditions which means the items must be returned in their original packaging and within 28 days of the receipt, at the purchaser’s expense and with no exchanges possible. After that time, any items returned will not be eligible for a refund, nor will points be refunded, unless
otherwise specified. If products shipped via UPS, FedEx or another courier service are damaged in transit, the recipient has the right to refuse them. Any damage discovered upon opening the package and examining the goods must be notified to both the relevant courier and the partner within 48 hours of delivery in order to be eligible for compensation.
Should damaged goods be received, the recipient must ensure they keep any packaging and shipment documents until their claim has been received and processed.
