ROLAND-GARROS 40 POINTS PRIZE DRAW

1. INTRODUCTION

ACCOR, a public limited company with a capital of EUR 785,568,804, registered in the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under no. 602 036 444, whose head office is located at 82, rue Henri Farman, 92130 ISSY-LES-MOULINEAUX, France, is running a chargeable prize draw (hereinafter referred to as the "Prize Draw") from 12 pm (Paris time) on February 17  to March 17 until 12 p.m (Paris time). Access to the prize draw shall be via the LIMITLESS EXPERIENCES web page at the following address: https://limitlessexperiences.accor.com/roland-garros-prize-draw-february. The name of this prize draw is "ROLAND-GARROS 40 POINTS PRIZE DRAW".

These rules govern the conduct of the Prize Draw, the terms and conditions of participation and the naming of winners.                                                                          

2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

This Prize Draw shall be run exclusively on the Limitless Experiences web page, from  February 17  to March 17 unil 12pm. It will be available in French, English, German.
The dates and times specified in these rules use the UTC +01:00 time zone (Brussels, Copenhagen, Madrid, Paris). No other time zones will be used for the purposes of participating in the competition.
Participation in the Prize Draw is open to any natural person of legal age who is a member of the ALL loyalty program on the date on which the Prize Draw starts (hereinafter referred to as "the Participant"). Participants must reside in Germany, UK, Spain, Portugal, France, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Egypt, China, Canada. Any company or natural person contributing directly or indirectly to the setup or running of the Prize Draw may not participate in the event.

3. KNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

Each participant acknowledges having read the full rules and principles of the Prize Draw and accepts the terms and conditions. Participation in this Prize Draw implies the full and complete acceptance by the Participant of the terms and conditions set forth in these rules in their entirety, the current rules of conduct applicable online, as well as the current laws and regulations applicable to prize draws. 
Failure to comply with any of the provisions of these rules will lead to disqualification.

4. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION 

The Prize Draw draws attention to Roland-Garros experiences offered by ALL.
To take part, the Participant must follow the steps below:
- Go to the Limitless Experiences website
- Purchase one or more tickets for the Prize Draw: 40 Reward points per ticket
- Read and accept these rules
- Take part in the Prize Draw before 12 p.m. on March 17 (French time).

5. DECLARATION OF WINNERS 

A draw will be carried out on March 20 in Paris to select the 9 winners. This draw shall be carried out by the legal officers indicated in Article 11 of these rules.

6. PRIZES

Each winner will be awarded one of the following prizes: 
- Prize 1: 2 tickets – Le Village – Suzanne-Lenglen – 1st round – Monday May 25 2026 | Value: 52 000 Reward points
- Prize 2: 2 tickets – Le Comptoir – Philippe-Chatrier – 1st round – day session – Tuesday May 26 2026 | Value: 30 000 Reward points
- Prize 3: 2 tickets – Le Comptoir – Philippe-Chatrier – 1st round – night session – Tuesday May 26 2026 | Value: 26 000 Reward points
- Prize 4: 2 tickets – category 1 – Suzanne-Lenglen – 3rd round – Friday May 29 2026 | Value: 20 000 Reward points
- Prize 5: 2 tickets – category 1 – Suzanne-Lenglen – 2nd round – Thursday May 28 2026 | Value: 17 000 Reward points
- Prize 6: 2 tickets – category 1 – Philippe-Chatrier – 2nd round – night session – Wednesday May 27 2026 | Value: 16 000 Reward points
- Prize 7: 2 tickets – category 1 – Philippe-Chatrier – 1st round – night session – Tuesday May 26 2026 | Value: 15 000 Reward points
- Prize 8: 2 tickets – category 1 – Philippe-Chatrier – 1st round – night session – Monday May 25 2026 | Value: 15 000 Reward points
- Prize 9: 2 tickets – category 1 – Suzanne-Lenglen – 2nd round – Wednesday May 27 2026 | Value: 14 000 Reward points

The prizes will be distributed as follows: winner n°1 will be awarded prize 1, winner n°2 will be awarded prize 2, and so on.
Only one prize per household is permitted (same name/same address and/or email address). 
The prize is personal, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-changeable.

Under no circumstances may the prize offered be exchanged for financial compensation. ACCOR reserves the right, if the circumstances so require, to replace this prize with another prize of equivalent value. In the event that the winner of a prize cannot attend the corresponding event due to a real and serious reason, ACCOR may, at its own discretion, credit the winner's ALL Accor account with the number of points equivalent to the prize won. 
ACCOR cannot be held responsible for the use of the prize by the winners. Resale of the prize by the winners is strictly prohibited. ACCOR accepts no responsibility with regard to any disputes relating to the terms and conditions of allocating the prize.

7. INFORMATION FOR WINNERS

The winners will be informed by e-mail after 24 March. The aforementioned e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address entered by the winners provided that they have listed a valid address. The communication of incomplete or inaccurate contact information will prevent the allocation of the prize without ACCOR being held liable.
The winners will then have a period of 48 hours from receipt of the aforementioned e-mail to contact ACCOR in order to claim their prize. 
Any winner who fails to respond within the above time frame will be considered to have waived their prize. ACCOR will then proceed to name a new winner according to the same conditions. 
The names of the winners will be available from ACCOR and from the legal officers indicated in Article 11 of these rules.

Upon receipt of the e-mail informing the winners of the prize won, these winners will have 48 hours to confirm that they accept the prize and will attend the event won in person, the name and date of which will be indicated in the body of the e-mail. No compensation will be given in the event of withdrawal or without a timely response from them.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF ACCOR

Participation in the Prize Draw does not confer any rights to the Participants concerning intellectual property held by ACCOR. Also, in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, the reproduction, representation or use of all or part of the elements (graphic, textual, etc.) comprising this Prize Draw as well as the web page https://limitlessexperiences.accor.com/roland-garros-prize-draw-february  are strictly prohibited. All trademarks, graphics and product names mentioned are registered trademarks, graphics or product names. 
Any use of elements of the Prize Draw, irrespective of how they are used, remains subject to the rules regarding intellectual property.

9. VERIFYING PARTICIPATION VALIDITY

ACCOR reserves the right to carry out appropriate checks to ensure that each entry complies with the provisions of these rules. To this end, ACCOR may verify:
- The identity of the Member of ALL Accor;
- The ALL Accor loyalty card number; 
- The activity of the Member of ALL Accor.

10. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY OF ACCORD

ACCOR will not be held liable for disruptions involving the Internet or electricity network, misuse of the Internet, malfunction of the reception equipment or any other incident relating to the smooth running of the Prize Draw, which may prevent a user from participating before the deadline.

It is the responsibility of the Participant to take all the appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer equipment against any threat. The login of any person to the page and participation in the Prize Draw is the sole responsibility of the Participants. Any participant attempting to interfere with the Prize Draw's computer system in any manner whatsoever, to win or to try to win, will be disqualified from the Prize Draw. In addition, ACCOR reserves the right to take legal action against anyone who commits fraud or attempted fraud.

ACCOR cannot be held responsible for loss of any kind:
- following the contraction of a virus or other IT issues outside of the control of ACCOR or its service providers, which are likely to cause damage or result in the site being unavailable;
- following the occurrence of force majeure events (strike, bad weather, war, attack) that partially or totally prevent the winners being awarded their prize;
- following the occurrence of any incident involving the winners while enjoying their prize.
ACCOR shall not be held liable in the event that an entry that does not comply with the provisions of these rules is rejected.

11. STORAGE AND ACCESSIBILITY OF THE RULES

The complete rules of the Prize Draw are stored at ABCJUSTICE, the associated legal officers, whose office is located at 6, rue Alain Chartier, 75015 Paris, France . The rules of the Prize Draw are also available on the web page at the following address: https://limitlessexperiences.accor.com/roland-garros-prize-draw-february . ACCOR may change the rules at any time by way of an amendment. They will then be sent to the legal officer to be recorded and the changes posted online.
The rules may be sent free of charge to any person upon written request addressed to ACCOR before the closing date (postmark date) of the Prize Draw. 

12. COMMUNICATION WITH THE WINNERS

The winners authorize ACCOR to use, disclose and communicate their name, along with their prize. Otherwise, the winners may expressly indicate their refusal regarding communication of their name in their response to the e-mail from ACCOR informing them of their prize.

13. PERSONAL DATA

In order for their participation in the Prize Draw to be taken into account and validated, participants must provide some personal information, such as: ALL Accor card number, surname, first name, e-mail address, city and country of residence. The processing of this data is necessary for the entry to be considered in the Prize Draw, to determine the winners and to award prizes.

ACCOR processes traffic and connection data to the Prize Draw website. In particular, ACCOR retains the identifier (IP address) of the computer used by a participant for the purpose of compiling statistics on the use of the Site, to ensure the security of the Site and the Prize Draw, as well as to verify the sincerity and loyalty of an entry into the Prize Draw and its compliance with the Rules. This is done, in particular, to prevent or detect any automated requests on the Site or the Prize Draw Application, or any automated invitation sent to third parties, any of which would systematically lead to the exclusion of the Participant concerned and any allocation of a prize. In this situation, legal proceedings would be initiated by ACCOR against the participant. If necessary, ACCOR may make this traffic data available to third parties or public authorities, under the conditions set by law.

This data is for use by the ACCOR Data Controller, for the sole requirements of running the Prize Draw. ACCOR reserves the right to have this data processed by a subcontractor or partner that meets the legal and regulatory requirements for the protection of personal data in terms of confidentiality, security or their location. Under no circumstances will the personal data collected be sent to third parties for commercial purposes. 
Such data will be retained only for the duration of the Prize Draw, for the sole requirements of the Prize Draw, and will not be used for commercial purposes. It will neither be sold nor sent to third parties in any way.

ACCOR undertakes, for the concerned parties, to take all necessary precautionary measures to preserve the security of the information and, in particular, to prevent such information from being communicated to unauthorized third parties.

Any participant may exercise their rights (access to data, rectification, deletion or objection to processing) by writing to the ACCOR Data Protection Officer at the following address: accorhotels.dpo@accor.com. The Participant or voter shall also indicate their surname, first name, contact e-mail and postal address and include with their request valid proof of identity bearing their signature.

Any persons who exercise the right to erase their data before the end of the Prize Draw will be deemed to have withdrawn their participation.
Participants are also informed that, unless otherwise stipulated by legal or regulatory provisions, the data collected will be kept for such a time as required to carry out processing. They may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

14. APPLICABLE LAW AND LANGUAGE OF THE RULES

These rules are governed by and are subject to the provisions of French law, without obstructing any mandatory protective provisions that may be applicable in the country of residence of the consumers.

These rules are written in French, English, German. If there is any contradiction with a version in another language, the French version shall take precedence.
If one or more stipulations of these rules were to be declared null and/or not applicable, the other clauses would still retain their full force and scope.

15. COMPETENT JURISDICTION

In the event of a dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these rules, the Participant and ACCOR will first seek an amicable resolution. If an amicable agreement cannot be reached, the user may bring the dispute before the French Tourism and Travel Ombudsman.
