A complete relaxing experience that goes well in many occasions. This experience is exclusive for ALL members and is only available on Limitless Experiences. Individual voucher.
On the 14th floor of Mercure Curitiba Golden, you will start de experience with a few minutes in dry sauna and a nice shower. Followed by a foot soak, savoring a delicious tea and 60 minutes of a relaxing massage with hot stones and essential oils. To finish the experience, you can enjoy the swimming pool freely and try one dish from our restaurant.
The complete package lasts about 2h30min, including sauna, massage, foot soak and meal. There is no limited time to use de swimming pool, and it may be used before, after or between the other activities.
It is necessary to previously schedule with the hotel, thereby the experience areas will be prepared and reserved, providing an exclusive experience.
The redeem is valid for the items mentioned above. The use of other areas and expenses (if any) will be charged at the hotel.

In the public areas there are spacing between tables, frequent and reinforced cleaning, swimming pool with constant chlorine monitoring, trained team, obligatory use of mask during the stay, alcohol gel distributed in strategic points, nutritionist monitoring and service a la carte only.

1- Click on SIGN IN, at the top right of the page, to access your Limitless Experiences - your access data (email and password) are the same as the ones you use at all.accor.com;
2- After logging in, check at the top of the page if you have enough points in your account - if you don't, don't worry: you can transfer points from our partners (LATAM Pass, Livelo, Smiles e TudoAzul);
3- See, at the top left of the page, if the site configuration is correct - configure region, language, country of experience and currency - follow this sequence. You will use only Reward points to pay for the redemption;
4- Check the experience description and also the terms and conditions before redeeming the desired experience;
5- Have you decided to redeem the experience? Great! Simply ADD TO CART.
6- To check your order click on the shopping cart icon below your data, also at the top right of the page;
7- Review your shopping cart and click on CHECKOUT to proceed with the redemption. Then if the order is correct, click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT;
8- Confirm your address - this is a formality in the case of experiences;
9- Accept the Terms & Conditions and PLACE ORDER! You will immediately receive an email confirming your redemption.
10- Our team will contact you within 48 hours (working days) with the voucher and the scheduling procedure. From there, just schedule the experience with the hotel and go for it! Just make sure to present the voucher in order to live the experience, alright?

After receiving the redemption confirmation by email, please wait 3 working days for our team to contact you with the voucher data and instructions for direct booking with the hotel.

After confirming the redemption, it will be necessary to wait for our team to contact you by e-mail with your voucher data within 72 hours (3 working days)! With the voucher in hand, it will be necessary to schedule the experience directly with the hotel. You will have 3 months to use the experience after receiving the voucher.

The experience is available from 9am to 9pm. Limited to 7 people in the pool area, due to Covid-19.
The redemption amount in points is refundable according to the consumer protection code, upon withdrawal after 7 days. In that case, please ask to contact customercare@accor.com
