You will receive an email from our online store, Limitless Experiences, confirming the order has been placed, followed by a second email containing all the practical details related to the event within 8 working days.

The Limitless Experiences by LCAH terms and conditions and the program membership terms and conditions ALL - Accor Live Limitless also apply. 

Packages can only be ordered by members of the ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme who have received an e-mail from ALL - Accor Live Limitless , stating the number of Reward points available to them and inviting them to log onto the dedicated website to order the Package in question.

Bookings are taken in the order of receipt and are subject to availability. If an order cannot be processed (e.g, insufficient Reward points), the tickets may be reoffered on the website. Members of the ALL - Accor Live Limitless Loyalty program affirm that they have full legal capacity to consent to these general terms and conditions of sale.

These general terms and conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of the contracting parties regarding the booking of Package made available by ALL via the Limitless Experiences website. They govern all aspects of the relationship between the contracting parties, from placing to tracking the booking

ALL - Accor Live Limitless acts as a simple intermediary between the member and the event organizer. Consequently, these conditions of sale relate only to the acts of ordering packages and in no case to the event itself. Packages are neither exchangeable nor refundable. In the event of cancellation of the event due to the organiser or related to Covid-19, ALL will reimburse the member for the Reward points used for the related order. A Package may not be resold under any circumstances and will not be subject to any financial compensation if it is not used by the member. ALL declines all responsibility in the event of illegal use of a ticket.

During checks at the entrance to the event, an official and valid identity document with photo may be requested to identify the member (passport, driver's license, identity card or residence card). A package is only valid for the location and date of the corresponding event. In all other cases, the package will not be valid.

The order is subject to confirmation email sent within 8 working days to the email address specified by the member when ordering. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation will be worth signing and acceptance of transactions.

By making an "Limitless Experience" booking, you give permission for us to send a satisfaction survey to you via email.

We inform you that a video and photo recording of the event may be made. In which case, this video and photo will be broadcast on the external and internal channels of the Accor group.

This Limitless Experience for two people includes*:

- Two nights from July 3 to 5, 2022 at the Fairmont le Montreux Palace with breakfast
- Two tickets to see Björk and John Legend at the Auditorium Stravinsky**
- A DJ set on the Terrasse ibis MUSIC
- Dinner for 2 on July 1
- Cocktail masterclass with the Fairmont le Montreux Palace mixologist, followed by cocktail dinner at the Vinyl Bar.

Tickets for the Montreux Jazz Festival Limitless Experience offer are sold in pairs and can only be booked using Reward points. Travel is not included.
