ALL Accor and Novotel invite you to meet in Cannes on 20 May to discover the Blue Panda, the WWF France boat.
Join us in Nice early afternoon on Wednesday 20 May. Once you have checked in, you will meet all the participants before setting off for Cannes.
You will board the Blue Panda to share a moment of exchange with the Blue Panda crew and the WWF Ocean teams. This exclusive meeting will allow you to visit the boat, learn about their mission, and the WWF’s field projects.
Afterwards, you will be able to stroll around Cannes to enjoy a little of the festival’s excitement, before returning to Nice for dinner and a well-deserved rest at Novotel Nice Aéroport Cap 3000.
When confirming your order, please ensure you provide your email address as well as your phone number.
You will receive a confirmation email for your order placed on the Limitless Experiences E-boutique, followed by a second email with all the practical information related to the event, sent by our team from the following email address: ALL-PARIS-SAINT-GERMAIN@accor.com.
For your information, tickets will be sent by our team no earlier than 4 days before the event.
The General Terms and Conditions of the Limitless Experiences by ALL e-boutique and the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme also apply.
The auction is exclusively reserved for members of the ALL loyalty programme who have received an email from ALL indicating the minimum number of Reward Points required to participate in the ALL auction and inviting them to log in to the dedicated website.
For each auction featuring a Limitless Experiences event, the dedicated website will provide the following information: a complete description with all details concerning the event, the minimum number of Reward Points required to participate, and the auction closing date.
The auction is limited to a single available item. The ALL loyalty programme member hereby declares that they have full legal capacity to commit to these general terms and conditions of sale.
A Limitless Experiences package won in an auction is neither refundable, transferable, nor exchangeable, except in the event of cancellation of the event by the organiser. In such a case, ALL undertakes to refund the Reward Points used by the member for the relevant auction. The Limitless Experiences package may under no circumstances be resold. ALL will not pay any financial compensation if the package is not used by the member. ALL accepts no liability in the event that the package is used unlawfully. Members who have booked a package must be present at the event and at the reserved location.
The winner of the Limitless Experiences auction will be determined by ALL at its sole discretion, based on the highest bid received before the final closing of the auction.
The winner’s Reward Points will be automatically deducted from their ALL account. The winner must comply with all general conditions applicable to the item or experience in question.
ALL loyalty programme members must be of legal age to participate in this experience.
Packages are neither exchangeable, refundable, nor transferable to a third party. In case of event cancellation by the organiser: WWF, ALL will refund the member the Reward Points used for the corresponding order.
The Limitless Experiences package may under no circumstances be resold. Non-compliance with this rule will result in immediate and permanent exclusion from ALL experiences. All future bookings will be cancelled and refunded.
There will be no financial compensation in case of non-use by the member. ALL declines all liability in case of unlawful use of a package.
At the entrance checks to the event venue, an official and valid photo ID may be requested to identify the member (passport, driving licence, identity card, or residence permit). A package is only valid for the venue and date of the corresponding event. In all other cases, the package will not be valid. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in refusal of entry to the venue, without refund or compensation.
It is not possible to bid on your own bid. There may be a 30-second delay between bids to allow the display to update. For example, if a higher bid is placed less than 30 seconds before the end of the auction, it may no longer be possible to place a higher bid before the auction closes. Accor cannot be held responsible for factors beyond its control (e.g., network performance).
At the end of the auction, the winner will be notified by a confirmation email sent to them. This email is the only valid proof of the auction result (the display on the website cannot serve as proof, as a display update delay is necessary).
A booking confirmation email will also be sent to the member within 7 working days to the email address provided by the member during the auction. All communicated data and the auction win confirmation email constitute proof of the transaction. The confirmation shall be deemed to constitute signature and acceptance of the transactions made.
