You will receive an email from our online store, Limitless Experiences, confirming the order has been placed, followed by a second email containing all the practical details related to the event issued by our team from the following email address: ALL.Limitless-Experiences@accor.com

Please note that tickets will be sent by our teams no earlier than 4 days prior to the event.

The General Terms and Conditions of Limitless Experiences by ALL Accor e-boutique and the ALL Accor loyalty programme’s General Conditions of Use also apply. Roland-Garros T&Cs apply when you come to this event.

The auction is exclusively reserved for members of the ALL Accor-loyalty programme who have received an email from ALL Accor, indicating the minimum number of Reward points required to participate in the ALL Accor auction and inviting them log in to the dedicated website.
For each auction featuring a Limitless Experiences event, the dedicated website shall provide the following information: a full description with all the details regarding the event, the minimum number of Reward points required to participate and the closing date of the auction.

The auction is limited to one available item. The member of the ALL Accor loyalty programme hereby declares that they have full legal capacity allowing them to bind themselves to the present general terms and conditions of sale.
A Limitless Experiences package won at an auction is neither refundable nor transferable and nor exchangeable, except where the event is cancelled by the organizer. In this case, ALL Accor undertakes to reimburse the Reward points used by the member for the auction in question. The Limitless Experiences package cannot be resold under any circumstances. ALL Accor shall not pay any financial compensation if the package is not used by the member. ALL Accor accepts no responsibility in the event that the package is unlawfully used. Members who have booked a package must be present at the event and at the location they have booked.

The winner of the Limitless Experiences auction shall be determined by ALL Accor at its sole discretion, and based on the highest bid received prior to the final closure of the auction.
The winner’s Reward points will be automatically deducted from their ALL Accor account. The winner must comply with ALL Accor general terms and conditions that apply to the item or experience in question.
Members of the ALL Accor loyalty programme must be of legal age to participate in this experience.
Packages are neither exchangeable, nor refundable, nor transferable to a third party. In the event of cancellation of the event due to the organiser, ALL Accor will reimburse the member for the Reward points used for the related order.
The Limitless Experiences package may not be resold under any circumstances. Failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate and permanent exclusion from ALL Accor experiences. ALL Accor future bookings will be cancelled and refunded.
There will be no financial compensation in the event of non-use by the member. ALL Accor declines all responsibility in the event of illicit use of a package.

During checks at the entrance to the event venue, an official and valid photo ID may be requested to identify the member (passport, driver’s license, identity card, or residence card). A package is only valid for the location and date of the corresponding event. In ALL Accor other cases, the package will not be valid. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in denial of entry to the venue, without refund or compensation.

It is not possible to bid on your own auction. There might be a 30-second delay between bids to allow the display to be updated. For example, if a higher bid is placed less than 30 seconds before the end of the auction, it might no longer be possible to place a higher bid before the auction closes. Accor cannot be held responsible for factors beyond its control (e.g. proper functioning of the network).
At the end of the auction, the winner will be designated by a confirmation e-mail which will be sent to him. This email is the only one to claim the auction (the display on the site cannot serve as proof, insofar as a delay in updating the display is necessary).
A booking confirmation email will also be sent to the Member within 8 business days to the email address provided by the member during the auction. ALL Accor the data communicated and the auction winning confirmation e-mail constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation shall be deemed a signature and acceptance of the transactions carried out.

By confirming this auction, you give permission for us to send a satisfaction survey to you via email.

For everyone's comfort, ALL Accor those present in the Comptoir are asked to behave in a benevolent manner and to dress correctly.
Any excessive consumption of alcohol by a person presents in the Comptoir, leading to disrespectful and inappropriate behaviour towards the Roland-Garros staff, the ALL Accor staff or the other ALL Accor members present, will result in exclusion from le Comptoir and may make it impossible to take part in other Limitless Experiences.
We would also like to remind you that ALL Accor members are responsible for the behaviour of their guests during the event in le Comptoir.
We inform you that a video and photo recording of the event may be made. In this case, the video and photo will be broadcast on the Accor group's external and internal channels.
