Terms and Conditions
AUCTION - BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The ALL - Accor Live Limitless General Conditions of Use, and the general terms and conditions of sale all apply.
- The auction is exclusively reserved for members of the ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme who have received an email from ALL indicating the minimum number of Rewards points required to take part in ALL auctions and including the link to log in to the dedicated website. For each auction offering an Limitless Experience, the dedicated website will provide the following information: a complete description with all event details (competition, dates and times etc.); the minimum number of Rewards points required for participation; the closing date of the auction.
- The auction is limited to one single available listing. The member of the ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme hereby declares that they are fully legally entitled to participate, in line with these general terms and conditions of sale.
- A Limitless Experience package won during an auction cannot be refunded or exchanged, except in the event of the auction being cancelled by the organiser. In this case, ALL undertakes to refund the Reward points used by the member for the auction in question.
- The lot may in no case be re-sold. It shall not be subject to any form of financial compensation in the event of the member failing to use it. ALL may not be held liable in the case of unlawful use of the package.
- The winner of the Limitless Experience auction shall be determined by ALL at their sole discretion and in line with the highest bid received prior to the final closing of this auction.
- The Reward points will be automatically debited from their ALL membership account. The winner must comply with all of the general terms and conditions which apply to the listing or experience in question.
- The Member of the ALL loyalty programme must be of the legal age to participate in this experience.
- A confirmation email will be sent to the winner (Member) on the closing date of the auction.
- A confirmation will also be sent to the Member within ten (5) working days to the email address provided by them for the auction. All data communicated and the auction confirmation email constitute proof of transaction. The confirmation is equivalent to the signing and acceptance of the transactions in question.
- By making an "Limitless Experience" booking, you give permission for us to send a satisfaction and market research survey to you via email.

VENUE CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (Afterpay Arena)
- To gain entry into the Venue as the ticketholder you are required to comply with all relevant laws, regulations, restrictions, directions, Venue conditions of entry, or guidelines as updated from time to time, including those imposed on or by the venue, or on ticketholders by WA Health or other Government Authorities in relation to COVID-19. By continuing with your purchase, you agree as the ticketholder, that any refusal or failure to comply with your obligations in this regard may result in your entry being refused without any entitlement to a refund.
