You will receive an email from our online store, Limitless Experience, confirming the order has been placed, followed by a second email containing all the practical details related to the event issued by our team from the following email address: ALL-PARIS-SAINT-GERMAIN@accor.com

Please note that tickets will be sent by our teams no earlier than 4 days prior to the event.

The general terms and conditions of sale of the Limitless Experiences by ALL e-store, the general terms and conditions of use of the Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme and the general terms and conditions of sale of tickets for matches organised by PSG at the Parc des Princes also apply.

The auction is exclusively reserved for members of the ALL-loyalty programme who have received an email from ALL, indicating the minimum number of Reward points required to participate in the ALL auction and inviting them to log in to the dedicated website. For each auction featuring a Limitless Experiences event, the dedicated website shall provide the following information: a full description with all the details regarding the event, the minimum number of Reward points required to participate and the closing date of the auction.

The auction is limited to one available item. The member of the ALL-loyalty programme hereby declares that they have full legal capacity allowing them to bind themselves to the present general terms and conditions of sale. A package Limitless Experiences won at an auction is neither refundable nor transferable nor exchangeable, except where the event is cancelled by the organizer. In this case, ALL undertakes to reimburse the Reward points used by the member for the auction in question. The package Limitless Experiences cannot be resold under any circumstances. ALL shall not pay any financial compensation if the package is not used by the member. ALL accepts no responsibility in the event that the package is unlawfully used. Members who have booked a package must be present at the event and at the location they have booked.

The winner of the Limitless Experiences auction shall be determined by ALL at its sole discretion, and based on the highest bid received prior to the final closure of the auction. The winner’s Reward points will be automatically deducted from their ALL account. The winner must comply with all general terms and conditions that apply to the item or experience in question. Members of the ALL loyalty programme must be of legal age to participate in this experience.
Packages are neither exchangeable, nor refundable, nor transferable to a third party. In the event of cancellation of the event due to Paris Saint-Germain, ALL will reimburse the member for the Reward points used for the related order.
The Limitless Experiences package may not be resold under any circumstances. Failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate and permanent exclusion from ALL experiences. All future bookings will be cancelled and refunded. There will be no financial compensation in the event of non-use by the member. ALL declines all responsibility in the event of illicit use of a package .

During checks at the entrance to the event venue, an official and valid photo ID may be requested to identify the member (passport, driver’s license, identity card, or residence card). A package is only valid for the location and date of the corresponding event. In all other cases, the package will not be valid. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in denial of entry to the venue, without refund or compensation.

It is not possible to bid on your own auction. There might be a 30-second delay between bids to allow the display to be updated. For example, if a higher bid is placed less than 30 seconds before the end of the auction, it might no longer be possible to place a higher bid before the auction closes. Accor cannot be held responsible for factors beyond its control (e.g. proper functioning of the network). At the end of the auction, the winner will be designated by a confirmation e-mail which will be sent to him. This email is the only one to claim the auction (the display on the site cannot serve as proof, insofar as a delay in updating the display is necessary). A booking confirmation email will also be sent to the Member within seven (7) business days to the email address provided by the member during the auction. All the data communicated and the auction winning confirmation e-mail constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation shall be deemed a signature and acceptance of the transactions carried out.

By confirming this auction, you give permission for us to send a satisfaction survey to you via email.

In addition, for everyone's comfort, all those present in the Suite are asked to behave in a benevolent manner and to dress correctly.
No visible sign of support for a club other than Paris Saint-Germain (caps, shirts, scarves…) will be accepted. Otherwise, you may be relocated to a different stand (the visitor stand) than the one reserved.
Any excessive consumption of alcohol by a person present in the Suite , leading to disrespectful and inappropriate behaviour towards the Paris Saint-Germain staff, the ALL staff or other ALL members present, will result in exclusion from the Suite and may make it impossible to take part in other Limitless Experiences.
We would also like to remind you that every ALL member is responsible for the behaviour of their guest(s) during the event, in the Suite .

Please note that only one La Suite experience is allowed per Paris Saint-Germain 2025/2026 season.
