-  No accommodation or transfers included with this package.

-  This package, i.e. a double pass to the WOW Show: GLO! on 18 September 2026, 7:30pm can only be ordered by members of the ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme who have the number of Reward points available to them and inviting them to log onto the dedicated website to order the Package in question.

-  Orders are processed on a first-come-first-served basis and are limited to the number of double passes available. If an order cannot be completed for whatever reason (due to an insufficient number of Reward points, for example), the ticket in question will be relisted for sale on the Limitless Experiences website.

-  The member of the ALL Loyalty programme hereby declares to have full legal capacity to commit to these general terms and conditions of sale.

-  These general terms and conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of the contracting parties (Accor and a Member) regarding the sale of Package made available by ALL via the Limitless Experiences website. They govern all aspects of the relationship between the contracting parties, from placing to tracking the order.

-  Points used for this offer cannot be reimbursed in the event of cancellation. This offer is non-exchangeable and non-refundable under any circumstances. It will not be subject to any financial compensation in case of non-use by the member.

-  Tickets to the event cannot be resold under any circumstances.

-  ALL - Accor Live Limitless will send out an order confirmation email to the email address indicated by the Member when placing the order. All data supplied and the order confirmation email constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation implies signature and acceptance of the transactions in question.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

-  Ticket holders should be seated 30 minutes prior to the scheduled performance start time. 

-  Late arrival may result in non-admittance until an appropriate break in the performance. 

-  Not included: Transfers, accommodation or any other additional charges/extras.
