IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- One (1) Quantity = One (1) Ticket.
- Refunds and exchanges are not available due to changes in personal circumstances.
- TICKET PURCHASE LIMIT: 6 maximum tickets per member.
- There is no points difference between adult and child tickets.
- Children aged 0–4 years can enter for free and do not require a ticket, but they must be accompanied by a valid ticket holder.
- This exhibition has lots of fun family friendly content, reflecting creative Korean culture in dance, music, fashion and cosmetics. However, children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the exhibition as it includes some mature themes and imagery classified M and MA15+, not suitable for younger audiences.
- One curtained section of the exhibition screens content from a film rated R18+ that is restricted to people 18 years and over. ID may be required.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The Limitless Experiences by ALL Terms and Conditions and the ALL - Accor Live Limitless General Conditions of Use also apply.
- The ticket does not include accommodation and flights, or other transport outside elements not included in the details section.
- Offer is available until the items have been successfully redeemed by members of ALL on a first-come, first-served basis.
- By making a "Limitless Experience" booking, you give permission for us to send a satisfaction and market research survey to you via email.
- In the event of cancellation of the event due to the organiser or related to Covid-19, ALL will reimburse the member for the Reward points use.
- Tickets are not transferable and cannot be sold under any circumstances. Tickets can only be redeemed in the package.
- Tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
- A Package may not be resold under any circumstances and will not be subject to any financial compensation if it is not used by the member. ALL declines all responsibility in the event of illegal use of a ticket.
