The auction is exclusively reserved for members of the ALL loyalty programme having received an e-mail from ALL indicating the minimum number of Reward points required to participate in the auction and inviting them to visit the dedicated website.

For each auction offering a Limitless Experiences event, the dedicated website provides the following information:
- a complete description with all the details of the event (competition, dates and time, etc.);
- the minimum number of Reward points required to participate;
- the closing date of the auction.

The winner of the auction acknowledges that he/she is informed that the conditions of the tickets (place, date, time, event, category, etc.) may be subject to change, by decision of the event organiser.

The auction is limited to one available item. The member of the ALL loyalty programme hereby declares that he/she has full legal capacity to accept these general terms and conditions.

A Limitless Experiences package won at an auction is neither refundable nor exchangeable nor may be transferred to a third party, except in the event of cancellation of the event by the event organiser. In this case, ALL undertakes to reimburse the Reward points used by the member for the auction in question. The Limitless Experience package may not be resold under any circumstances. It will not be subject to any financial compensation in the event of non-use by the member. ALL - Accor Live Limitless declines all responsibility in the event of illicit use of a package. Any breach of this rule will result in immediate and definitive exclusion from ALL experiences. ALL declines all responsibility in the event of illicit use of a ticket. Rewards obtained in the "Limitless Experiences" shop through the use of Reward Points may not be resold.

It is not possible to bid on your own auction. A time of 30 seconds is necessary between two auctions, so that the update of the display is effective. For example, if an overbid is made less than 30 seconds before the end of the auction, it will not be possible to overbid again before the end of the auction. Accor cannot be held responsible for items beyond its control (e.g. proper functioning of the network).

The winner of the Limitless Experiences auction will be determined by ALL at its sole discretion and according to the highest bid received before the final closing of this auction. The winner's Reward points will be automatically deducted from their ALL account. The winner must comply with all terms and conditions that apply to the item or Experiences in question.

At the end of the auction, the winner will be notified by a confirmation e-mail which will be sent to him. This email is the only one to claim the auction (the display on the site cannot serve as proof, insofar as a delay in updating the display is necessary). A booking confirmation email will also be sent to the Member within eight (8) business days to the email address provided by the member during the auction. All the data communicated and the auction winning confirmation e-mail constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation shall be deemed a signature and acceptance of the transactions carried out.

These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to the provisions of French law, without prejudice to any mandatory protective provisions that may be applicable in the consumer's country of residence. They are drawn up in French; in the event of contradiction with any foreign language version, the stipulations of the French version shall prevail. As the Limitless Experience is a leisure service provided on a regular basis, the right of withdrawal does not apply to orders placed by the member, in accordance with the provisions of article L.221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code.

These general terms and conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of the contracting parties regarding the booking of Package made available by ALL via the Limitless Experiences website. They govern all aspects of the relationship between the contracting parties, from placing to tracking the booking.

ALL - Accor Live Limitless acts as a simple intermediary between the member and the organiser of the event concerned. Consequently, these conditions of sale relate only to the acts of ordering packages and in no case to the event itself.

The member of the ALL loyalty programme must be of legal age to participate in this Experiences. The member and their companion will be required to present an official identity document (valid passport or identity card) confirming their identity in order to validate their participation in the Experiences. During checks at the entrance to the event venue, an official and valid identity document with photo may be requested to identify the member (passport, driver's license, identity card or residence card). A package is only valid for the location and date of the corresponding event. In all other cases, the package will not be valid.

We would also like to remind you that ALL members are responsible for the behaviour of their guests during the event.
