When you order from a store using your points, you implicitly accept the following general terms and conditions:
Delivery policy: The transactions are processed and, as the case may be, the orders are shipped or sent by email (valuable documents, for instance) within 5 working days except where otherwise specified in the product description. Delivery timeframes may extend up to 20 days. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
