The Limitless Experiences by ALL Terms and Conditions and the ALL - Accor Live Limitless General Conditions of Use also apply.Packages can only be ordered by members of the ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme who have received an e-mail from ALL - Accor Live Limitless , stating the number of Reward points available to them and inviting them to log onto the dedicated website to order the Package in question.For each event, the dedicated website provides the following information:- a description and full details of the event (artist, competition or show, dates and times, etc.);- the number of ALL - Accor Live Limitless Reward points required to order a Package.The website also provides details of the Terrace where members who order a Package will be seated during the event.The number of Packages available to order is limited to 4 Packages for the Terrace per event. Orders are processed on a first-come-first-served basis and are limited to the number of Packages available. If an order cannot be processed (e.g, insufficient Reward points), the tickets may be reoffered on the website. The member of the ALL - Accor Live Limitless Loyalty programme hereby declares to have full legal capacity to commit to these general terms and conditions of sale.These general terms and conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of the contracting parties regarding the booking of Package made available by ALL via the Limitless Experiences website. They govern all aspects of the relationship between the contracting parties, from placing to tracking the booking.ALL - Accor Live Limitless acts as a simple intermediary between the member and the organiser of the event concerned (OVO Arena Wembley). Consequently, these conditions of sale relate only to the acts of ordering packages and in no case to the event itself.Packages are neither exchangeable nor refundable, nor transferable to a third party. In the event of cancellation of the event due to the organiser (OVO Arena Wembley) or related to Covid-19, ALL will reimburse the member for the Reward points used for the related order. The Limitless Experience package may not be resold under any circumstances. Failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate and permanent exclusion from ALL experiences. All future bookings will be cancelled and refunded. There will be no financial compensation in the event of non-use by the member. ALL - Accor Live Limitless declines all responsibility in the event of illicit use of a package.In the event of low occupancy, Accor reserves the right to close the Terrace prior to the event. Members who have already booked one or more packages for this event will then be contacted by the Limitless Experiences Customer Relations team to find an alternative solution.The order is subject to confirmation email sent within 8 working days to the email address specified by the member when ordering. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation will be worth signing and acceptance of transactions.During checks at the entrance to the event venue, an official and valid identity document with photo may be requested to identify the member (passport, driver's license, identity card or residence card). A package is only valid for the location and date of the corresponding event. In all other cases, the package will not be valid.Regarding age, OVO Arena Wembley rules apply when you come to an event. There is no minimum age to access the OVO Arena Wembley; however, all minors under 16 must have an entry pass and be accompanied by an adult.By making a "Limitless Experiences" booking, you give permission for us to send a satisfaction survey to you by email.We inform you that a video and photo recording of the event may be made.
