Packages can only be ordered by members of the ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme who have received an e-mail from ALL - Accor Live Limitless , stating the number of Reward points available to them and inviting them to log onto the dedicated website to order the Package in question.

For each event, the dedicated website provides the following information:- a description and full details of the event (artist, competition or show, dates and times, etc.);- the number of ALL - Accor Live Limitless Reward points required to order a Package.The website also provides details of the Carré ALL where members who order a Package will be seated during the event.

The number of Packages available to order is limited to 4 Packages per event. Orders are processed on a first-come-first-served basis and are limited to the number of Packages available. The member of the ALL - Accor Live Limitless Loyalty programme hereby declares to have full legal capacity to commit to these general terms and conditions of sale.

These general terms and conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of the contracting parties regarding the booking of Package made available by ALL via the Limitless Experiences website. They govern all aspects of the relationship between the contracting parties, from placing to tracking the booking.

ALL - Accor Live Limitless acts as a simple intermediary between the member and the organiser of the event concerned (Accor Arena). Consequently, these conditions of sale relate only to the acts of ordering packages and in no case to the event itself. Packages are neither exchangeable nor refundable. In the event of cancellation of the event due to the organiser (Accor Arena) or related to Covid-19, ALL will reimburse the member for the Reward points used for the related order. A Package may not be resold under any circumstances and will not be subject to any financial compensation if it is not used by the member. ALL declines all responsibility in the event of illegal use of a ticket.

During checks at the entrance to the event venue, an official and valid identity document with photo may be requested to identify the member (passport, driver's license, identity card or residence card). A package is only valid for the location and date of the corresponding event. In all other cases, the package will not be valid.

The order is subject to confirmation email sent within 8 working days to the email address specified by the member when ordering. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation will be worth signing and acceptance of transactions.

By making an "Limitless Experience" booking, you give permission for us to send a satisfaction survey to you via email.

We inform you that a video and photo recording of the event may be made. In which case, this video and photo will be broadcast on the external and internal channels of the Accor group.

In view of the current and projected health information, the Accor Arena is working to define the best reception conditions. The Accor Arena will adapt the management of flows and the directions of circulation in the stadium in order to allow the respect of barrier gestures and rules of distancing. It will be compulsory to wear a mask in the Arena and dispensers of hydroalcoholic gel will be available in all areas. Access to the Accor Arena is subject to compliance with the health protocol in force on the day of the event. You will be informed of the conditions by email if necessary.
